Two years ago, Qace was a spark, a revamp from Netow Solutions into QaceTech. Today, that spark has become a family of five early-stage business units united by one purpose: to help people learn faster, build better, and live smarter.

That leap didn’t happen because I’m brilliant. It happened because you showed up, clients who believed, communities that rallied, friends who referred and supported, staff who went above and beyond, and co-founders who carried the vision on the days it felt heavy.

This is our story so far, and where we’re going next.

Qace Group: One Mission, Many Doors

At Qace Group, we build practical solutions where education, technology, media, real estate, and agriculture meet real life. We don’t chase hype. We solve human problems with simple products and we scale what works.

We started with one brand. Today we operate five: Qace Tech, Qace Academy, Qace Media, Qace Homes, and Qace Farms, each serving people at different moments of their life and work.

Qace Tech — Engineering Quality, Not Just Code

We help companies ship with confidence – automation, performance, CI/CD, and AI-assisted testing that actually reduces risk. If you’ve ever launched a feature at 2 a.m. and slept well, you know what good QA feels like. That’s us.

Qace Tech also supports organisations with talent acquisition across roles: QA, developers, DevOps, UI/UX, product managers, and more. This is where our Talent Acquisition Services come in—so you can scale faster and cut costs without cutting corners.

We want to do more, and do it better. That’s why we’re inviting partners and mentors to give our trainees internship opportunities, and, yes, the goal is for companies to hire the best hands.

Mariam – Our Chief Operating Officer at Qace Group. Steady hands, clear eyes, and the engine behind our operational discipline. When things scale without falling apart, that’s Mariam’s fingerprint.

Qace Academy — Skills That Change Paychecks

We don’t sell courses; we build careers. Qace Academy is a school for software testing and tech professions. We train people in QA and software testing, and also in other tech areas like data analysis, UI/UX, project management, DevOps, and software development, with a strong bias for hands-on projects, mentorship, and job-readiness.

Jenifer – our Chief Operations & Training Coordinator, she turns ambition into structure.
Tosin – our Head of QA, he ensures what we teach matches what the market actually hires for. Together, they’ve helped learners move from “I’m trying” to “I got the offer.”

Qace Media — Stories People Remember

Every brand has a heartbeat; Qace Media makes it visible. Events, weddings, corporate shoots, reels, documentaries, we create content that looks great and moves business. Qace Media powers the look and feel of Qace Group and many partners beyond us.

Adeniran, Olabisi, and Eunice – the team that turns briefings into “wow.” Proof that creativity and discipline can live in the same room.

Qace Farms — Feeding Possibility

Qace Farms will kick off full operations in Q2 2026. We’re building it patiently and properly because food security deserves the same level of rigor we bring to tech and real estate.

Qace Homes — Property, Simplified

A Personal Note: Why I’m Focusing on Qace Homes

I’ve spent the last few years laying foundations across media, tech, academy, and homes. Now it’s time to go deeper on one: Qace Homes. Before tech, real estate was my first love where infrastructure meets dignity.

So I’m building our first full PMS and the ecosystem around it. But let me be clear: I’m not leaving tech. I will keep mentoring, training, and supporting the teams across units. The beauty of Qace is how each brand feeds the others – Tech ensures quality, Academy builds talent, Media tells the story, Homes anchors value, and Farms feeds growth.

And for those who’ve asked: Will I still be carrying my camera?
Absolutely. Photography is my peace. Paid or not, I’ll keep shooting the moments that matter.
